• NOTES: PM joining first week in May to assist with Organizational change management at FV Continue to review short term options for project support Focusing on Cyber and MS365. Discussing need for a contracted PM to assist as multiple IT related projects are now in flight and not able to be fully supported by ON IT team. • PROJECT RISKS & RECOMMENDATIONS: Chuck is leaving the organization on August 4th. John Bring is backfilling with a temporary manager. Cost, not having a clear path for contracted vs internal support. May not have the needed resources internally to maintain active projects. • LEADERSHIP DISCUSSION NEEDED: (Yes / No) No
