Scope Creek, Analytics resource constraint & we need to make scheduling / flow decision with 3rd party. Need to get Pilot done this year. If we cannot get the pilot done, we may need to stay with LeanTaas. Scheduling workflow may work with Opmed. If this does work, analytics resources will be needed.

• NOTES: Met to determine scheduling and wait list workflow. Potential replacement for HIQ/Leantaas with enchanced predictive modeling. Scope has grown, more team members needed. Analytics constraints are a challenge. Resetting scope of work and sequencing of deliverables with the vendor. Also exploring the option to place a resource provided by Opmed to assist with analytics. Timeline and resources are at high risk. Other consideration is that the current HIQ platform is not being enchanced so starting to see some performance issues but nothing critical at this time. • PROJECT RISKS & RECOMMENDATIONS: We could lose some discount pricing that could be 1/2 the price of LeanTaas. May also introduce risk fo less optimized wait list functionality of OR scheduling. OrthoNebraska is on HospitalQs legancy system. Scheduling workflow on new LeanTass platform is not ideal for OrthoNebraska. • LEADERSHIP DISCUSSION NEEDED: (Yes / No) Yes
