Scope has grown, more team members needed. Analytics constraints are a challenge. Resetting scope of work and sequencing of deliverables with the vendor. Also exploring the option to place a resource provided by Opmed to assist with analytics. Timeline and resources are at high risk. Other consideration is that the current HIQ platform is not being enchanced so starting to see some performance issues but nothing critical at this time. • PROJECT RISKS & RECOMMENDATIONS: We could lose some discount pricing that could be 1/2 the price of LeanTaas. May also introduce risk fo less optimized wait list functionality of OR scheduling. OrthoNebraska is on HospitalQs legancy system.
