May 2026(edited)GreenYellowGreen50%Finance/Supply Chain % complete: 75% The Finance and Supply Chain go-live has been rescheduled from May 1 to July 1, a shift that has been anticipated since early in the project. Bank account integrations and testing are complete, and Strata integrations are progressing well. The team is currently focused on EMR integrations, reporting, cutover planning, and end-user training. HCM/Payroll % Complete: 25% Planning, architecture, and initial configuration phases are complete. The project is currently in the Unit Testing phase through May 15, after which it will move into the second design phase, followed by end-to-end testing. Key focus areas include vendor integrations and harmonization with FVO. Budget impacts are under review due to the addition of contractor resources. However, Mercer scope has been managed and partially shifted to KBL, which is expected to offset a portion of the incremental contracted costs.Edit
