• NOTES: Reached major milestone with phase 1 migration. 20 users have been setup on Sequel Ortho tenant and are successfully logged in. Still targeting June 1st for full migration. Budget is yellow as we have engaged HBS for training session and an additional PM was brought in. • PROJECT RISKS & RECOMMENDATIONS: Change control hurdles related to e-mail functions and use. Three year retention policy is not going over well. We need to determine if extending the three years is accomodating personal wants or clinical needs. If Google is needed from and IME or clinical content needs perspective, we will need to get legal involved to determine path forward. How long do we need to keep IME data.
