Still targeting June 1st for full migration. Budget is yellow as we have engaged HBS for training session and an additional PM was brought in. • PROJECT RISKS & RECOMMENDATIONS: Change control hurdles related to e-mail functions and use. Three year retention policy is not going over well. We need to determine if extending the three years is accomodating personal wants or clinical needs. If Google is needed from and IME or clinical content needs perspective, we will need to get legal involved to determine path forward. How long do we need to keep IME data. May need to look at legacy archival tool. • LEADERSHIP DISCUSSION NEEDED: (Yes / No) Duscissions are being had with Brandon & ChrisEdit

FVO IT struggling to balance multiple projects and provide deliverables requested such as current state documentation which will be used to design the future state. Anticipate an additional resource being needed for sharepoint and intranet design. Also considering adding a contracted PMEdit
