This is a Cerner preffered vendor but there is concern that they are not a US based company. - Project Kicked off. - Meetings with Vendor starting. - Launch by Q3 is ideal. - If this delays, there will be a negatinve impact to direct to employer. • PROJECT RISKS & RECOMMENDATIONS: A decision needs to be made on the next steps to move forward between IT and Operations. Total cost of ownership is greater than anticipated.
